A. Based off 345 finished 330, 340F, 315
I have squatted very little the last two years and it shows, the ramp was hard and the heavy sets not very heavy but it was good to be squatting
B. 5rd rx
Movements were UB except one of the DU rounds but it was horribly slow between movements after getting crushed in A

Two rounds (unforgivable) That being said, no assault bike, but elliptical and don’t know if it’s counting the calories right. We’ll see when the smart watch comes.
V-ups (surprisingly easy)
