Coming back from a strained hamstrings so the WB shots got to be a little painful. This was fun though.
Yesterday’s A1. HH snatch 35#, 45, 55 A2. H snatch 55, 60, 65 A3. 2 position snatch 55, 65, 70 ***work in progress….ugh B. On the 2min OHS 55#x10, 65×10, 75×10, 95×5, 105×5 ***working on bringing the torso up at the same time as the hips…eliminate the stripper ascent. C. For time – 12:49 800m run – 3:43 50 C2B pull ups – 5:00 800m run – 4:06 ***So pleased with the run times…used the nasal breathing on the first run and the first half of the second run. Nice job Candy! A good hot day for some running. Today was the first time in months I got to workout during the day (usually early am). Def wif not used to the heat!
Did yesterday’s today.
A. Worked to 195 on 2 position snatch.
B. 12:30. Did regular pullups in place of chest 2 bar.
Was feeling good today so I did Rx+….on the rest station.
Just kidding. I was entertaining my nephew’s baby a bit so I lost track of the total reps but I stayed pretty consistent. Here is my best estimate:
Burpees 16-18 per round
Wall Balls 20 per round at least
Deadlift 15 per round
GHD sit ups (but not quite full range yet) 15 per round
Hang Cleans 10 per round – those got heavy
Around 75-80 reps per round.

Round 1 90 reps
Round 2 85 reps
Round 3 80 reps.
No clue how many of each. Just kept counting and tried not to lose track. Pretty fun and good loads for me. Good for a quick sat workout.
