20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
For both the A and B portion, team members will cycle through full rounds one at a time, with only one member working at any one time. The goal is to move as quickly as possible, thus minimizing your partners’ rest periods and racking up as many rounds as possible.

Yesterday’s A. Low Bar Back Squats x 4 @ 32X1 105, 125, 145×3, 145×3, 145×3 ***I watched a video that shows where the bar should be setting and that you should be looking at the floor and the breasts facing the floor. With that…it all felt a little better…just need to toughen up the area where the bar sits…I even tried wrapping my shirt around the bar (not like I wear it anyway) and that felt a touch better.
