Dumbbell Floor Press x 8 reps
(Heavier than last week)
Rest as needed

Four sets of:
Dumbbell Skull Crushers x 10 reps
Rest as needed

D.
Three sets of:
Back Squat x 5 reps @ 65%
Rest as needed

E.
Three sets of:
Glute Ham Raises x 10 reps
Rest as needed

Primary Conditioning Session
Three rounds for time of:
90 Double-Unders
30 Wall Ball Shots (30/20 lbs)
15 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Immediatelly followed by. . .

For time:
1-Mile Run
30 Box-Facing Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

60 seconds Sand Bag Bear Hug Hold (HEAVY)

Same movements as last week. Goal is to hold the machines on the minute and complete each round in 4 minutes (or less).

10:52 – first time doing HSPUs in months.
Double Unders UB, Wallballs for 2 Rounds UB, 20/5/5 On last round. Then died on the Run. Had a good pace on BBJO because I paced the run so sadly. Finished 23 something.

Excuse my going off of programming a little. I’ve had some testing for a fire department so I wasn’t been able to everything on Monday and Tuesday. Only got the lifting in, then. A. Went to a heavy 5 (405) B. Skipped C. 30s throughout D. Built to a heavy 5 (405) E.
