A. Deficit DL @ 275 B. DB Press: 50/55/55 C. Incline Tate Press+Bench Press: 25/30/35 D. Back Squats: 255/265/275 Primary Condo A. 5:34. Unbroken but rested too much during transitions. DB thrusters tax the core way more than BB B. 14:13 disappointed w/ myself not in the time but that I didn’t scale down the deficit. Should’ve did it at 2”. Tate 35 lb/ bench 50 lb D. 240 lb Primary conditioning session 5:46 11:58 (had to do the hspus on the dumbells so I could keep my wrist neutral) *my midline was so fadigued that hspus had to be done with singles and doubles. ** Du unbroken both times! felt trashed on the hspu werent strict did a couple strict then turned to kipping the bench press and tate press and the thrusters smashed my triceps , didnt feel as my day (is it normal to feel my conditioning off as i stopped training for 3 weeksbefore i began his cycle ? )

Primary Conditioning: 7:17 Rx. All the pulling and overhead before gassed me, This should’ve been closer to 6:00 for me. C2Bs 30/15-5/10 – G2OH’s all singles

Aerobic/Gymnastics Option: 23:29 (sub 2:00 rounds) Very pleased to do all HSW Unbroken.

S1 Mixed Model Work Bike Erg – Ski Erg – 200m Run This took 37:12 – awesome sweat this morning but I couldn’t help but think how the toes to bar would feel. S2 Deficit Deadlifts @ 295 Bro Session pressing done Back Squats @ 305 Conditioning 4:51 8:53 (no deficit) I was hoping for closer to 4 minutes. Burpees were slow as usual after anything. 12:22. …not for time. I say that because i had to leash up my dog on the first run. then after i finished my second run my other dog got out loose. I wanted to do this conditioning cause i need work on DU but I haven’t really been doing conditioning.
