18.5. 70 reps. I was hoping to get to the c2b, but couldn’t quite get there. I’m pleased with the effort though. I’ve made a lot of progress on c2b over the last several months. Thrusters were all unbroken.
B. 15 min row 3441 m
C. Plank and hollow rock holds
D. March madness

Great job on unbroken thrusters! I think I should do them every day until I like them. Or maybe not. 🙂

18.5 RX 79 reps https://youtu.be/rXPLkE5lI8U A little disappointed in this performance since my goal was 90 and had hopes to do more. My conditioning has slipped in the last few months, I neglected it during the Strength program and it clears shows here. I felt winded almost from the start. On a positive note, I’m happy with how the C2B went. I probably should’ve pushed myself harder too, I didn’t make myself go to that “dark place”. Looking at my thrusters reminds me I need to keep working on my OH mobility which has also been neglected lately REALLY looking… Read more »

Way to go Joey! The strength gains you’ve made on your program have been huge man! It’s only going to help you when you get back onto the regular program and next years open. I can’t wait to see you crush it!

Great job Joey! The first time I did it, I really didn’t want to go to the pain cave. So I didn’t. But I did today and only got 7 more reps. So who knows???‍♀️ I am really looking forward to getting back to normal, but I now have a clear list of goals.

Thanks Janelle I appreciate the support! The Open is really good at exposing our weaknesses so using that to pick our goals moving forward does sound like a great plan.

Search doesn’t seem to find anything on that website you are redirecting. Anywhere else I can find those?

You have to pay for Kelly’s stuff on his website. You can google search some of those mobility drills or read through his book; Becoming A Supple Leopard.
