If you are not familiar with the value of knee height during bar muscle-ups, please watch this video.

Arch Under Bar Jump to Support x 10 reps
Kipping Knees-To-Chest x 10 reps

Followed by. . .

Every minute, on the minute, for 4 minutes (2 sets) of:
Target Reach Swing x 5.5 reps
*Rest 10 seconds between sets of 5 reps
Air Chair Swing x 5 reps
*These can be singles or multiple reps per attempt.

B.
Option 1 – (If you already know how to perform a bar muscle-up)
Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes (3 sets) of:
Swinging Knees-To-Bar x 5 reps
Bar Muscle-Up x 1.1.1
*During these singles, attempt to kick as aggressively as possible during the kip to alleviate most of the dip once above the bar.

Option 2 – (If you do not yet have a bar muscle-up)
Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes (3 sets) of:
Swinging Knees-To-Bar x 5 reps
Tucked Bar Front Lever x 6-10 reps

C.
Every 20 seconds, for 2 minutes (2 sets) of complex:
Rope Climb Mount + Pull-Up Tap x 1 rep
*Alternate top hand every rep.

Every 30 seconds, for 3 minutes (3 sets) of:
Rope Hang Knees-To-Armpits x 10 reps
Legless Rope Hang Hold x 20 seconds

Did some early afternoon conditioning at my apartment. Haven’t please with how my lungs have been feeling. No more phlegm though. E7MOM 28 run for 4:30 at increasing pace each time. Afternoon Strength & Conditioning Snatch Press: 95/105/120 Muscle Snatch: 135/145/155 Drop Snatch: 115/135/155/165 High Hang: 170×3 Hang: 185/190/195 2 pos: 205/210miss mid thigh/215miss mid thigh. Backed the snatch percentages down 10lbs (250) today and put on the Romaleos (haven’t worn em in a year) – Worked on hitting every snatch like it was my 1RM. One miss on the last lift of the day.
C. 15/25 – 4:25 ouch

14:09 – was rushed into starting this. I think i could do the Cleans much better than I did today. Felt heavy. Should have put a belt on and warmed the
Cleans up better.

Feels like it might be some tendinitis or something. Felt it yesterday during squats and just finished the day. Didn’t want to make it worse so just gonna avoid heavy squatting for now. Should be fine with rest

I think you could have ground out 30 reps at 225lb. if you stayed over the bar and kept your shins on it. 🙂

Thanks! Been hitting the cardio and doing what I can.

Had an mri and have some degeneration and a minor grade 1 Spondylolisthesis. Not great and just have to be super spot on with technique. At about 85% in terms of lifting numbers but won’t be able to go crazy with weightlifting.

Focusing on engine and gymnastic stuff and got some less technical comps in the books to aim for. 🙂

Snatches all felt good until the 2 lift offs+ Snatch. Missed the catch on all 3 got all over head but couldn’t catch it

2RFT g2oh 14,11 (32, 28 Wall balls)

Conditioning took 20:05 I suck. Did the row in 7:20, pistols took about 3:30 and then cleans were real slow. Pretty much all singles.
