Solid day of work dude!
Due to the crazy weather in Texas, gym is closed today cause of icy roads 🙁 so I had to tweak the program a little! Body is banged up from yesterday, so I stretched/rolled out for a solid 30 mins and did gymnastics from the comfort of my home. Here’s how it went:

Easing back into it after WZA and it’s Snowmageddon in south west Tennessee right now so it was a garage session only day. Clean work and back squats done from yesterday. Did the bike conditioning from today. 29-25-25-22-22 Had a heck of a time at WZA, all the strength work paying off, i was able to rip though the barbell complex no problem! Ran the 7k/mile wreck back in just under 30, And didn’t drown in the 200m swim that took me about 6:00, which for me is good, never had to stop! This CrossFit stuff apparently works ? Take it easy this week and let your body recover. If you feel good start hitting it hard again on Monday, if not rest and reset both physically and mentally ready to hit Monday hard. Be smart, its a long season!
