Thanks! I felt great tonight. Gave everything I had on the AB and I was gladly surprised that the 30s rest was enough to get me going again on the next movement. Numbers still low on the AB but still an improvement for me so I’m happy! BJs were step down btw… just did them as fast as I could following Chris M’s instructions (lol). Lots of squats in today’s strength session so I’m glad I was able to do strength and conditionning seperately today, i think my numbers might’ve been lower otherwise

The HSPU were a mess today. I had been making progress on them the last few times we’ve done them, but not today. Had to Start off with an Abmat and 25# plates but had to go to just the Abmat and singles in the last rd.

3 rds + 15 push-ups
Subbed 30 cal air bike for run. Push-ups seemed overly hard today. Shoulders are feeling it. Nice set up for the workout though. Ive really like the programming this week with the two parts to A’s.

A. RX – 3r + 342m Goal was 3r…as my rowing is a little slow and one just never knows if DU’s are gonna play nice. Did well with only 1 trip in rounds 1&3…round 2 was a mess! SHSPU UB B. RX – 3r + 300m Goal was 3 r…y not…run on treadmill….push ups all broken up and who hard arms left for wall balls…not this girl…basically quick reps of 3-5. I have the same problem with DU’s…I started doing a 10 set element once a week…I just do 10 sets for max reps each set. I just felt that we don’t work them often enough for me to be efficient…so I needed the extra help. It has definitely helped!

You went UB on push ups and then WB too…I had a hard time picking up the wall ball after those push ups…arms were smoked! Way to push it longhorns!

A) AFAP 1000 mts run. Time: 5:22. I think this is a PR, if memory serves me right my previous record was 5:30ish, felt light on my feet during this run which is really weird for me. B) For Time: 400/200/100 mts run 75/50/25 sit ups 21/15/9 deadlifts 90 kgs Time: 14:47 I gassed out on the second run and I thought I was going to timecap at 15’ but I just kept chipping the situps without stopping and attacked the DLs in this way 11/10, 10/5 and UB. thanks dude, I’ve been running alot lately trying to build the engine for the open, my aerobic capacity is one of my weaknesses and I found that the more I run the more I get resilience into other aerobic heavy wods; also I just don’t like running and that’s why I decided thay I gotta do it more
