A. From 12/27:
Up to 255…and then I backed off.

I did a wrestling practice before this and just didn’t have as much energy…

Did some cleans at 225 but timing was off…and even failed a clean and a clean and jerk at that weight. Decided to call it a day.

A. Scaled to 125#. Time: 13:55 Those push ups were hard! Tough one, winded ++ Felt the need to do some extra gymnastics/core after missing tuesday… B. Every 2 min x 24min (4 sets each) Max strict pull ups UB: 15-12-12-10 Alt pistols x 20 reps all sets GHD back ext x 20 reps all sets Immediately followed by… C. Every 1 min x 6 min alternating between T2B x 10 reps BMU x 6 reps. Got 2 sets of BMU UB and last set could only get 2 reps. Tank is empty… still glad with this result, I wanted… Read more »

Legs were fried today from yesterday. Wanted to get under 11 min but spent too much time staring at the barbell.

To work on right hand grip strength and to make up the “ground” in the ground to overhead in A.

Did local box’s workout.
A. Work to 1RM on deadlift. Did 395. Old PR is 405, but didn’t want to push it today
B. 21 min EMOM (7 rounds). min 1 is x4 clean @ 135, min 2 is 14 burpees, min 3 is AMRAP double unders for 30 sec. score is counting all reps. Got 238. Burpees killed me after 5th rd.

Hey all, Taking it really easy on my knee, going to be a while before back to 100%. Goal is general fitness so I don’t need to push it. A lot of scaling going to happen. Did one workout on Christmas Eve, and another today. Goal is around every other day, 3 maybe 4 days a week. Plan: follow rehab protocol for quad tendinitis, I don’t think I’ll be too long since it’s mild. Substitute in a bunch of other things, work on T2B, pull-ups, presses, crossover symmetry, mobility as abl, don’t over-do upper body. Any other suggestions? Today, not… Read more »

This was a bit scattered. It’s too cold to drag my kid to the gym (I walk up the road to a garage box) so did it at home with small steel playes and a mans bar. Much harder without bumper plates.

Scaled to 85#. Brought bar down below my knees but not all theway to thw floor because of tiny steel plates.

Had to stop after the first round because my toddler ce running in and I had to construct a barrier.
Did some abs and handstand balance.

Usually it’s 500m row for 400m run, Although in practice I’m always faster at the 400m run by about 10s

-25C here today! Pretty used to it by now lol. The cold doesn’t feel that bad honestly, it’s more the short daylight that sucks this time of year. Sun only comes up at about 7-8am and goes down as early as about 5pm
