Due to popular demand, we are excited to add a Comprehensive 5-Day Invictus Athlete Weightlifting program to the mix with Jared Enderton. This is a full training program for Olympic Weightlifters and CrossFitters who want to spend some time getting stronger, and improving their lifts.
The first cycle will be an 11-week cycle, and gear athletes up for the American Open in December. Whether you are competing in this meet or not, the end of the year is a great time to peak, starting the new year out right.
This program includes the following:
– 5 days a week of programming done by Invictus Weightlifting coach, Jared Enderton.
– Sessions are planned for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and will take 90 to 120 minutes each.
– Facebook Group Access – moderated by Jared.
– Video feedback via the Facebook group.
– Focus on the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.
– Includes programming of accessory and supplemental work to improve positioning.
– $59 a month with 3 and 6 month discount options!
If you are not ready for a full-time weightlifting program, we will still have our supplemental 3-day a week program. This is a great way to spend some time on the Olympic Lifts, while continuing to train regularly on the other days.
