Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

Yesterday’s session. A. Did 5 sets of 5 bmu emom because I wasn’t sure how back would feel for the wod B. 15:42 Did a thorough warm-up to see how the back would hold out. Felt fine with these movements. So decided to ease into it and see how it would feel. Accidentally used 125 on push press. Broke everything from the start and took decent breaks in between. Yesterday’s program: A1 – done A2 – 1st minute frustrating, second minute got a couple and finally got a hang of the stem risers and was able to do 8 in the last minute. Progress! Yay!
