Caught a nasty flu so I’m just getting back into it. Hospital gym
A. 6 rounds. Used 60lb db
B. No official rowing machine so use the classic Gym Long pull with 20 reps of 90 kg. Try to imitate the rolling Movement by using all my body as much as I could. No boxes so did Burpee jump over a chair. 4 rounds.
Did this by myself today. Partner was unable to go. Did it all together for 5 rounds with a 2 min rest in between. Used a 50 lbs. KB for goblet squats. Avg between 2:05 and 2:12 for each round.
No partner so I did each as a 10m AMRAP.
A. With 53lb kb: 10 rds + 6 pull-ups
B. 4 rds + 79m row
A. 10 rounds total, myself and my boy. I did weighted pull ups, 10, 10, 20,20,15. He did a mixture of pull ups & ring rows. 50# kb for me, 35 for Him
B. 5 Rounds each as well.
