30 Second One Arm Supinated-Grip Hang from Pull-Up Bar (15 seconds per arm)

Kettlebell Windmill x 5 reps each side
A.
In 15-20 minutes build to a heavy Snatch for the day.

15 Ring Muscle-Ups
100-Foot Handstand Walk
30 Toes-to-Bar
55+:
12 Ring Muscle-Ups
60+: 10/8 Ring Muscle-Ups; 75-Foot Handstand Walk
C.
Two sets of:
Wide-Grip Pull-Ups x max reps
(find a width at which you cannot default to your traps and must engage your lats)

15 seconds of Dumbbell Lateral Raises
15 seconds of Hercules Hold with Thumbs Facing Up
Rest 60 seconds, and then…
Four rounds of:
15 seconds of Dumbbell Lateral Raises with Thumbs Facing Up

Row 1000 meters @ 2000 meter PR pace

Seated Hamstring Curls x 25 reps (fast)

Had a training session with my gymnastics coach. Slowly starting to feel better.
Worked on Bar MU, Pull ups and Handstand walking.

Starting to feel a lot better. Strength is returning but cardio lacking. Improving each day though

B. First ring mu since MQ…and I got 15 of them (took 4 min, but…) hsw same thing, still relearning how to fire C6 nerve, hey, but i smashed the ttb…12 min on a 5 min workout.

A. Snatch – 185#….PR!!!! Wasn’t trying to PR today, but things were clicking, so I just kept going.
B. MU/HSWalk/T2B – 4:10
MU – 10/3/2 (love that I can string together 10 to start!)
HS Walk – 50 out/50 back
T2B – 10/8/6/6
C. 4x1000m Row – done on pace
At Home
