AM Session
Dynamic Mobility & Activation
Two sets of:
Overhead Barbell Underarm Stretch x 45 seconds
Butterfly Pulse x 6-8 reps

and then . . .

One set of:
60 Second Prone Plank Hold
30 Second Scapular Circles from Push-Up Position
10 Push-Ups
Rest 15 seconds
30 Second One Arm Supinated-Grip Hang from Pull-Up Bar (15 seconds per arm)
Rest 15 seconds
Kettlebell Windmill x 5 reps each side

A.
In 15-20 minutes build to a heavy Snatch for the day.

B.
For time:
15 Ring Muscle-Ups
100-Foot Handstand Walk
30 Toes-to-Bar

55+:

12 Ring Muscle-Ups
60+: 10/8 Ring Muscle-Ups; 75-Foot Handstand Walk

C.
Two sets of:
Wide-Grip Pull-Ups x max reps
(find a width at which you cannot default to your traps and must engage your lats)
Rest as needed

Four rounds of:
15 seconds of Dumbbell Lateral Raises
15 seconds of Hercules Hold with Thumbs Facing Up

Rest 60 seconds, and then…

Four rounds of:
15 seconds of Dumbbell Lateral Raises with Thumbs Facing Up
15 seconds of Hercules Hold with Palms Facing Up

PM Session
A.
Four sets of:
Row 1000 meters @ 2000 meter PR pace
Rest 2 minutes

B.
Three sets of:
Seated Hamstring Curls x 25 reps (fast)
Rest as needed
Ab-Wheel Roll-Out x 10-12 reps
Rest as needed

Had a training session with my gymnastics coach. Slowly starting to feel better.
Worked on Bar MU, Pull ups and Handstand walking.

Starting to feel a lot better. Strength is returning but cardio lacking. Improving each day though

A. 185…not quite the same celebration as Beth w the same weight, don’t call it a comeback yet…arghhh
B. First ring mu since MQ…and I got 15 of them (took 4 min, but…) hsw same thing, still relearning how to fire C6 nerve, hey, but i smashed the ttb…12 min on a 5 min workout.
C. Done
A1. Took out frustration on rower: 3:31, 3:33, 3:34 whew done

Tried rowing but my right elbow was tight probs from Saturday’s legless so I switched to sets of 50 Cals on airdyne.

B: MU Wod. 5:10. HS walks better but still slowing me down. MU we’re done 11/4 in 1:12.
C: done

Rows. only time for 2. 1:41 1:42 avg pace. I think my 2k is 6:54.

B. 5:22 – muscle ups 5×3 working on positioning, HSW unbroken, t2b 15/8/4/3

A. Done but had a hard time keeping at 2k PR pace. Tried to stay under 2:05.
B. Did some ab work with a friend!

Thank you!! Yeah, I can’t really be mad about that 🙂 and hit 235 yesterday on the clean and jerk which I’ve only hit that or more 3-4 times ever!! Heavy weight is moving better!! Woo!

Kinda one session today… did the big stuff at the gym and accessories at home.

A. Snatch – 185#….PR!!!! Wasn’t trying to PR today, but things were clicking, so I just kept going.
B. MU/HSWalk/T2B – 4:10
MU – 10/3/2 (love that I can string together 10 to start!)
HS Walk – 50 out/50 back
T2B – 10/8/6/6
C. 4x1000m Row – done on pace

At Home
A. Wide Grip Pull ups – 10/10
B. DB Shoulders- done
C. 3 sets of Hammie curls and ab roll outs – done
