Change of Position Drill (from one foot to another) x 20 each side
Pulling in place

Complete two laps of:
Jog the curve, sprint the straight away, jog the curve, sprint the straight away.
If you don’t have a track available, jog for 45 seconds, sprint for 20 seconds for four sets.

I suck at bar mu so only did 3 each round as I had a few missed reps and it still took me 14:58.

Was feeling kinda blah today, so I jumped in a class and then did some of the work from today afterwards… Class WOD: A. 5×3 power snatch (rest 2-3 min between sets) 125-145-150-155-155 <–so fighting the urge to squat 😛 Stayed at 155 and tried to make them better. B. For Time: 1000m Row (4:10) then 3 rds 15 thrusters (did the men's Rx @95#) 30 DU 9:46 —–rest 15 min—- C. Bar MU/GHD/Lunge 13:24 – shoulders were toast! I use 5# DBs on the shoulder work…you’re a beast! I used 8# today and my arms almost fell off…

A. 100, 105, 115, 125, 135, 140, 145, 150, 155, 160# (started out a little rough, but ended up solid…most I’ve snatched in a while)
B. 10:46 (8 ub, 8 ub, 5/3; the lunges were the hardest…tried to do at least 25-30′ of lunge with left arm oh but it’s still significantly harder than right)
C. Done (5#, 8#, 20#)…these are hard!
Running – still need to do
A. 200 missed 210- not sharp
B. Used a 70# bc no 65#- 12:11

B. 10:30, was worried about the lunges, but they were fine, it was the GHD that got me.

Running: Did 4 sets of about 300m, with 1 min rest.
I did some sled pulls reverse and forward with Regan. 2 sets 100′ each, then Sandbag carry-2 mins for 2 sets. I wanted to get some strongman in today, before the heat wave tomorrow.

You are FAST on your runs Teresa! Great work! And nice job on your snatches!! Yeah we have been building up volume in GHD sit ups so hopefully the 75 reps weren’t too awful for you! Where did you get access to a snail?!
Thanks! I was a sprinter before I was a CrossFitter, so sometimes when the distance is short, I can move a little 🙂
We have a snail at our box! We have a comp team now, and our coach got a donation that’s specifically for buying super cool random stuff!! So we just got a couple of ski ergs, a snail, a worm, and an Air Runner 🙂
