Landmine Rows x 6-8 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Reverse Snow Angels x 20 reps

Glute Ham Raises x 6-8 reps @ 3011

Optional Session
A.
Two sets, for max weight, of:
100-Foot Yoke Carry

Rest 3-4 minutes

B.
Two sets for max weight of:
75-Foot Reverse Sled Drags
Rest 2-3 minutes

C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Sandbag Front Squats
5 Sandbag Overhead Presses

Use a lighter sandbag, one that you can use without putting down.

Started with Crossover Symmetry
Cleans to 58kgs
B. Row 1000m 4:02 UB KB swings American 6:14 total time.
Second part chose to do DU as I did ring dips 2 days ago and 15 rounds of Cindy yesterday (which I couldn’t do earlier in the week) so arms were fatigued. Time 8:05.
C. Done
I didn’t have access to a Yoke so did Bamboo Overhead walk to help with shoulder stability.
Sled pulls done.
Didn’t do 5 minute AMRAP but worked on HS Walking and Bar Muscle Ups as prescribed by my gymnastics coach.

The ugh was bc the other 4 people I trained w did Russian swings- when I got to the 40s I really struggled

A. 115/125/145/160/170/180/190… added a set at the end. No belt today, worked on speed out of the bottom of the clean and really engaging my lats and pressing the elbows up.
B1. 6:54- subbed 50 cal Assault Bike (took 3:50) KB swings were 25/13/12
B2: 7:08- so grippy ?
C: 3 sets- done
Rows- 7@ 35# bar+ 35#
GH raises- done on the floor with kids as anchors ?
