Women use a 55-lb. dumbbell and 20-lb. ball.

A) Time Capped with 25 feet of lunges remaining. Rope climbs seemed to be the limiter here.
B) 8:58 with a jimmy rigged KBs set up.

Yes! It’s a little bit of a different feel to do a couple pulls legless and then wrap in with feet. Any suggestions?
