120-Foot Handstand Walk
60 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
120-Foot Handstand Walk

Optional Additional Work Sessions
*Please choose to perform only those sessions that are most focused on your weaknesses, and only perform as much of the additional work as you can recover from successfully before your next training session.

Running Endurance Option
Three sets of:
5 Minutes of Running @ 80-85% of 1-Mile Pace
5 Minutes of Jogging @ easy recovery pace

Did this Monday AM:
A.
For time: WOW… I’d rather do the long ones =) 5:48,
50/30 Calorie Assault Bike
50 Deadlifts (185/125 lbs)- 10’s
50/30 Calorie Assault Bike

Rest until fully recovered, and then… rested about 20 minutes, probably not fully recovered, but didn’t have any more time.

B.
For time: 5:48- HS walks all 40′ increments, probably could have done longer if my gym was bitter
120-Foot Handstand Walk
60 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups 12,10,8,6,5,3,3,3- fell apart in big sets so didn’t take much rest and just hopped back up there.
