Well, it’s not quite Christmas yet, but there might not be a better way to give thanks and earn a Thanksgiving meal than slogging through a fun, longer effort. Follow the movements to the tune of the song 12 days of Christmas. It’ll go like this . . .
1 – 250 Meter Row
2 – 2 Muscle-Ups, 250 Meter Row
3 – 3 DB Thrusters, 2 Muscle-Ups, 250 Meter Row
4 – 4 BBJ, 3 DB Thrusters, 2 Muscle-Ups, 250 Meter Row
. . . and so on.

Post your time, but it’s not our primary concern. Have some fun with friends as you do this and be thankful that your fitness allows you to think things like this are fun.

Happy Thanksgiving! Glad to be back. Hope every one is feeling fit. Took a break in May. Hurt right shoulder early June benching, which turned into quite the injury. Did no overhead work from June through Sept and had to heavily scale normal class training. Healthy right now but lots of weaknesses to work on. Squats and Strict Pull ups are good. Oly technique is serviceable but weights are light. HSPUs , OHSs, and other OH presses are not up to par. Fri, Sat, and Sun are my longer training days. Will most likely offset the dates of the program… Read more »

Mobility and warm up done.
A – done.
B – 53:01. Rx with exception of manmakers. Scaled those down to 35# to protect groin because the row portion is hard on it. Strangely, I enjoyed this workout.

I also learned this week to never trust Nichole when she tells you on Monday that the week will be “a little lighter” and then dials up The Chief and 12 Days within a 72 hour period. ;). I kid, I kid.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Refuel like crazy tomorrow.
