30 Calorie Row
30 Burpees
30 Sit-Ups
30 Wall Ball Shots
Teams get one erg and one Wall Ball. Teams establish an order and line up behind their erg, maintaining that order for the workout. Athletes may not move to the next station until the athlete in front of them has finished their reps.

Did this solo straight through 23:38…split burpees into 3×10 and WBs 2×15, 1×30
…finished with agility ladder work, ascending box jumps, balance stuff
We had to put a 30 min cap on today. We each had 2 stations left. Row to burpees were terrible:(
Resort Workout
Couldn’t find 5 friends at the beach, so went freestyle on this one:
EMOM (15 minutes)
E: DB Thruster x 7 (50 lb DB’s)
O: Treadmill Sprint x 20 sec (12 MPH)
Me and my partner did this workout in parallel, as we didn’t have a team of 5; we scaled it to 20 in all exercises instead of 30.
Took me 20:20 to complete.
I seriously need to work on my burpees, my left ankle cramped hard after the first set of burpees and it was a test of mental endurance just completing the wod.
