I’m sorry if my question will sound stupid, but I’m rookie here :/
Anyways, I have a question about break between A, B and C. After I finish everything under A, for how long I should take a break before moving to B? Same break applies to others I assume?

The break time = however long it takes you to clean up from Part A and set up for Part B. Only a couple minutes. Have fun!

You can replace them with any kind of squats! Front squats are great. Or goblet or back. If it’s due to a mobility issue, I’d suggest that you also spend some extra time addressing that. Let me know how it goes!
