In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete:
100 Burpees
200 Kettlebell Swings
300 Squats
600 Meter Run*
300 Squats
200 Kettlebell Swings
100 Burpees
Both teammates will run at the same time, but the first partner to complete the run cannot start the squats until their teammate returns

Attempted this WOD with my partner using 35 lbs kettlebells; after the 600 meters and 34 minutes of this workout, we weren’t able to do even 1 burpee. We claimed defeat and then did 200 single unders each as penance.
Had to go it alone….ran the second 600 m at the end….63:45….mentally feeling like a million bucks for completing it when my entire mind and body wanted to quit 30 burpees into the second set….I’m sure tomorrow wI’ll bring some soreness. ..but we’ll worth it! Need to push myself out of that comfort zone more often!!!!!!

Solo, all reps, nice! I bet those numbers got mentally tough!
I’ve never counted to 5 so many times in my life…..5 over and over is mentally easier than 100’s.

☠☠☠I have to hand this one to my gym wife. (And my mushroom coffee I tried this morning!) She kept me on pace today. My husband and his partner got just over 35 mins, but she had to change her sons diaper mid wod. And then they did burpees along with my gym son and his mom to finish out. All while my “real” sons were home sleeping. This is the way our family works some Saturdays! Lol 🙂
As a man of faith, I realized how ungodly this workout would have been attempting it solo, so instead I did stuff I need work on.
A. EMOM (12 min)
Odd: Hang Power Snatch + 3 OH Squats (95 lbs)
Even: Treadmill Sprint (30 sec @ 12 mph)
B. Panda Pulls: 4 x 2 (135 lbs)
C. EMOM 2.0 (10 min)
Odd: 3 Thrusters (135 lbs)
Even: 3 Thrusters (135 lbs)

If doing it alone, just do half of everything ?
I would do half and do it at a 1:1 work rest ratio.
