I’m a rookie on the assault bike, only have been on one a couple times.? I was just trying to compare my exertion on bike vs erg today and for me that felt like a good comparison. What would take me to bike 24 cals in the metcon, it seems as though I could have rowed 30 cals.

Depends on the workout on the assault bike. Shorter pieces assault bike faster. Longer pieces not so much ??
If you go slow it ticks over slow but if you apply yourself it goes fast
