What is the recommended weight on the dumbbell presses? I assume something you can do for all 30 seconds without stopping. Also, are those neutral grip presses? Is there somewhere I can see the demo video for the finishers? I’m not sure of the difference between lateral rear delt raise versus the rear delt raise. Hopefully these are easy questions.
