Split Jerk x 5 reps with a 3 seconds pause in the dip and a 3 second pause in the catch

Thanks Nichole! I was pretty happy with that time…considering it had rowing and wallballs in it and I was racing Andy, Kincaid and Ed…Andy has just a slight height advantage on me at 6Ê»6″! 😉

Anyway, I was starting to go a bit nuts not training for a couple weeks, but it was a nice break!

Completed Tuesday’s programming. Overall not a great day of training as traveling yesterday caught up with me.

C)1:17/1:40/1:58/2:13/2:11. The assault bike times were between :45 to :50 seconds. The ring dips were just plain awful.
