(goal is to use the same load used on May 8…and achieve 8 reps)
Rest 60 seconds
Turkish Get-Ups x 4 reps (2 each side)
(perform these slow and controlled, look for proper positioning and stability in each position)

B.
Three rounds for time of:
30 Wall Ball Shots
20 Burpees
10 Box Jump-Overs
A. Did 4 sets of 16 alternating pistols – no extra weight
B. 11:10 with 14# at 10 ft target
Question regarding Box Jump-Overs, does one:
jump completely over the box, landing on the ground on the other side
–OR–
jump onto the box, extend the hips, then jump down to the ground on the other side?
