Good luck everyone! Crush it and show off ALL of that training.
So I did the bar MU from yesterday and the first 3 rds were singles meaning 1 drop 1 drop…But the last 3 rds I was able to stay on the bar for the 2 consecutive meaning I came down while still on the bar an was able to use my momentum to re initiate the swing for the 2nd without chicken winging and finally on the last rd I decide to go for max reps without coming off the bar and no chicken wing and did three.
