Rear Delt Warm Up
Two sets of:
Incline T Raises x 10 reps @ 2121
(face down, raising straight arms at 90 degrees)
Incline Y Raises x 10 reps @ 2121
(face down, raising straight arms at 45 degrees)
Incline I Raises x 10 reps
(face down, raising straight arms in front)

Two sets of:
Supinated-Grip Strict Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 5 reps
(initiate the movement with the lats, keep your shoulders away from your ears, and keep your elbows in – if you can do 6 reps with perfect mechanics, then add weight)
Rest as needed
Dumbbell Z-Press x 5 reps
(Place the dumbbells on your shoulders with elbows out and palms facing forward. Shoulders should remain stacked over the hips with a flat back throughout the movement. Lock out the movement overhead, directly aligned over the hips and shoulders, without shrugging. A good goal would be to achieve a weight of 20% of your 1-RM Clean and Jerk in each hand.)

I crawled around after this one for a while too!!
So I mixed up sessions today to try to get all the things in: Session 1: C2B Pull-ups with 12#/DB Z Press: 35s (I need 37.5s 😉 Jerks: Hit percentages but failed last rep at 175# but hit it prior. Assault Bike/DL/T2B: 2:49/2:48/3:21 Pushed it harder on the Assault Bike on the last two sets, but that kinda took its toll on the third set (just thought I’d push it and see). All DL were 10/5. For some reason I was dropping my elbows at 215 in the dip. 210 went up like a rocket, so not sure what happened mentally there. C. 335. I know I failed 330 but IMO it was close enough so I put 340 on. I have never even attempted 340 so it was a good day even though I missed.

Haha so I really push the AB. Finishing 20 cals in about 17 seconds. I get right on the deadlifts. Make sure my bar and AB is right by the rig so there’s no wasted time in the transition.
Holy cow! I was happy to get my 15 cal in less than a minute… 17 seconds?!?!?

im pretty solid with kipping chest to bars , i was happy with my 218; now i want to start working on my butterfly chest to bars, what would you recommend to begin with this transition?

i do pull them off, yet i think my synchronization is suffering.
i have not mastered them COMPLETELY; i feel i need more work in this area
I think you should find a good sync with those and then start building into the chest to bar. The difference is that the chest to bar just has a longer pull with the arms to get all the way to the bar
