Did yesterdays today. M and a done. 12 min emom done. 8min emom done with 19muscle ups done, still kicking. If anyone has any drills to stop it. Please share. https://youtu.be/WG4PV8Lu4HM B clean complex at 50,60,65,70,75 last set didnt really full clean the hang. Did a hang power then front squat. They all felt good, just gotta get under the weight. C was hoping to redeem myself here. What a mistake. My kids had gymnastic today and I couldn’t resist myself when I saw the rings☺
Did 15mu’s for time. Last summer it took about 15min. Today 5:30, I would say that’s improvement!! ☺
