A. Did 12 Days of Christmas today modified to 95#, ring dips instead of MU’s, 25# manmakers, 1.5 pd KB, 250 row: 52:57

B. Had a fun lifting session with friends yesterday/ Saturday. Back squats and strict press. PR’d my strict press by 4# to 110# 🙂
