SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: During the intermissions at the 2015 Kill Cliff Reindeer Games by Proving Grounds Competitions, there will be CrossFit Games Athletes working out for charity! And we need your help to determine the weights they use!! Going head to head, we have Josh Bridges vs. Julian Alcaraz and Val Voboryl vs. Becca Voigt! The workout: 5 min AMRAP 50 double unders w/ Zeus rope 5 hang cleans 185/125 5 muscle ups For every 10k raised, we increase the weight by 10lbs. So 95k raised the weight increases to 195/135, 105k raised the weight increases to 205/145 and so on!! Link in bio!! @andystumpf212 @provinggroundscomps
