14:14 agree on the sandbags. Mixed in sandbag cleans and throwing it up on my shoulder.
14:00 flat went at about 90% – I wish I had perspective and rules for sandbag 2 shoulder def.the hardest part for me and wall balls will be broken up 5 x 12 for games.
