B. 21:26…I suck at rowing and running so I’m fairly happy about my time.

You guys just finished some high volume work – I will have you guys go into some medium volume to low volume work this week. If possible, I would like you guys doing some low volume, low intensity circulatory work on Monday.

Today sucked but I finished everything even though I just wanted to stay in bed
A. #255 failed at #265 my PR is #275
B. 23:35 #205 felt heavy today for some reason
Mu’s unbroken, walks 4 x 25 no problem
I run like a grandpa…Molasis passed me by
