Foam Roll Hamstrings x 30 seconds per side
Inchworm Walks x 3 reps

Cat/Cows x 10 reps

Deadlift x 2 reps @ 80-85%

Every 4 minutes, for 20 minutes (5 sets), for times:
15/12 Calories of Assault Bike
10 Burpees
12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Glute Ham Raises x 6 reps
(the best assistance is for a partner to help you up lightly on the concentric)
