Inchworm Walk + Toe Drag x 4 reps
Foam Roller Hamstring Curls x 8-10 reps

Five sets of:
Deadlift x 3 @ 75-80% @ 11X1
Rest as needed

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 4 minutes, complete:
Tall Jerks x 3 reps

and then …

Every two minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets), complete:
Split Jerk x 2 reps @ 75-85%
(if possible, use blocks)

C.
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Even Minutes – 10 Thrusters
Odd Minutes – Muscle-Ups

A) did every 90 second front squat workout from earlier this week. Built up to 160#
C) Thrusters/MUs Did 3-2-2-2-2-2-0-2-2-2 on MU. Working on learning non-false grip so was happy to get doubles.
