Celebrate your success in completing the Invictus Athlete Online Competition! (And if you didn’t finish it…do so today!)

B.
Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

@nichole DeHart, i don’t think I can make up day 1 today. Just having a really painful day with stomach (2 oxy’s to cut the pain to manageable level). Sorry to let you down.

If I can rally by 3:30, I will try. If ok but not up to that tough if WOD, I will do my box’s WOD (which now they all seem slightly easier compared to what you guys program!! And that’s a good thing!)

Heya, As it’s a day off I thought I would share an image of the Italian Throwdown I competed in a few weeks back. The Games and Regional athletes at this event were really friendly and approachable. So Awesome to be a part of the Crossfit community. Lucas Parker finished 1st, with Gudmundsson finishing 2nd. Sara Sigmundsdottir topped the female RX. I made the Masters final and finished 5th – 3 points off the podium. Really pleased with it only being my second European event and less than one year of crossfit.
