Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes, complete:
Clean x 1.1 + Jerk @ 75-80% of 1-RM
B.
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets) of:
Deadlift
*Set 1 – 8 reps @ 50%
*Set 2 – 6 reps @ 60%
*Set 3 – 4 reps @ 70%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Set 5 – 2 reps @ 85%
C.
Every 90 seconds for 9 minutes (6 sets):
Speed Deadlift x 3 reps @ 70%
Reset the barbell every time on the floor…do not perform these touch and go.

Well, it’s not quite Christmas yet, but there might not be a better way to give thanks and earn a Thanksgiving meal than slogging through a fun, longer effort. Follow the movements to the tune of the song 12 days of Christmas. It’ll go like this . . .

At around 19 min doing the KB swings of round 8, I pulled the same muscle from a couple weeks ago – so bummed. Finished the wod anyway, just slowed down, went light on weight, and left out the remaining KB swings.

A. 175 B. 215,255,300,340,360 all felt good, all touch and go C. 300 D. 9 + 34 – 45lb DBs and 2pood. All MUs were linked and no missed ones! On round 8 the extra length of straps came loose and when dropping down, it turned into a noose under my chin. It is possible for your life to flash by in a micro second! Yeah, but it happened so fast and pulled myself back up and away so I was ok. Except for the crackle in back landing all jacked up. But that is better than the alternative!!!
