Oh crap, I did it for time by accident. Argh. All CJ were drops though.

A. Did all the work, but took the “not for time” really seriously. I was able to jump into the rings for the MUs (a big deal for me, as I’ve been using a box to get into the false grip) and strung 2 MUs together for the first time (another big deal).
B. Going back tonight to do the Airdyne or Rower.
Did 7 minutes on the erg and 7 minutes on the Airdyne.
A. 2:58, 2:53, 3:00. That was really fun putting it all together!
B. 15 min row- nice & easy
any thoughts on type of shoes/cleats for possible sled push/pull or anything else we might do on the turf?
Take shoes with cleats meant for grass/dirt for sure! Last year during the push/pull, etc, everyone was scrambling to go out and buy a pair. I’m glad I had them for sure because those sleds were heavy. If we are on turf for some particular reason, it looked like regular shoes worked fine.
I sure hope they release our workouts before we go out on the field on Tuesday!
No kidding.
I hope they don’t!
You’re right. I guess we’re as prepared as we can be at this point. Now we just have to accept whatever comes at us and do our best.
