Megan Becker (50/5’5″/135) A. Done (T2B were as strict as I could do them — 4+3+3, but I had to do a little kick on the last 2 of each round) B. 125, 125, 135, 135, 140, 140(f), 140, 145 C. Had to skip, running out of time D. No idea on time — did half the workout, then coached a noon class, then the other half of the workout after class. I did all front rack, just because that’s what I’ve seen in competitions.
