Strict Toes to Bar x 8-10 reps

Eight sets of:
Jerk x 1 rep
(all attempts between 75-95%)
Rest 2-3 minutes between attempts

C.
Four sets of:
Snatch Push Press x 4-5 reps
Rest 2 minutes
Strict Pull-Ups x 4-6 reps @ 30X1
Rest 2 minutes

D.
For time:
Row 500 Meters
20 Toes-to-bar
40 Walking Lunges with Barbell (155/105 lbs)
20 Toes-to-Bar
Row 500 Meters

C: 155-175# – I’ve never been good at lowering snatches to back. Didn’t push this too hard. Focused on drive and lockout.

Very tired today. Bizarre. Motivation was tanked. Lots on mind and weird elbow tweak from yesteday. Fun metcon. It shook me out of it.

Megan Becker (50/5’5″/135) A. Done (T2B were as strict as I could do them — 4+3+3, but I had to do a little kick on the last 2 of each round) B. 125, 125, 135, 135, 140, 140(f), 140, 145 C. Had to skip, running out of time D. No idea on time — did half the workout, then coached a noon class, then the other half of the workout after class. I did all front rack, just because that’s what I’ve seen in competitions.
