Great work you two! I scaled Event 6 and wasn’t feeling to hot from the deadlifts yesterday to 12:08.
Lulu did Event 7 in 8:36. She’s sooo great!
A) in 15 min cap got to 21 ft of walking lunge…fat bar was tough.
B) 3 rounds plus 2 rope climbs. Better than the first time.
A) Got to 27 Shoulders to Overhead. This one was so much fun! I’m not good at hspu but I still had a good time! My goal for the Regionals will be to finish those S2H. Our homemade axl worked really well.
B) 9:48. Under the time cap….woot woot! 🙂
Made it through the weekend! Feeling a little more confident that I will make it to the last event of the Regional and that’s more than I could ask for. Happy! 🙂
