** did left arm only. re-gripped every rep. trying to rest right arm for the big weekend!

A) complete. Pistols were steady, but the 1 arm stuff is going to be interesting.
B) 10:30. Started breaking Wb earlier than anticipated, but I will keep sets small, no more than 20. C2B were sets of 6 then 5, with close to 10s rest.
B) 3:30. Done 3 hours later. Felt great, BJ in the set of 21 felt slow.
I’ve been following since the opens and I feel really good and prepared, yet not over worked. I may have strategy questions for the group. Best of luck.
A) each round around 1:30-2:00 working on different ideas
B) 9:20 this one is easy to blow up early, smaller sets next time
C) in 4 hours
C) 3:40, hands were feeling fatigued from earlier. Hand maintenance required
Is there an easy way to change these for teams that follow you? If you don’t have 2 girls that can get MU would you have them just work on that only? The guys that know the wods they will be doing if those girls get their 3 would you focus only on the wods they are doing?
