Deadlift x 10 reps @ 50-55%

Every minute, on the minute, for 24 minutes (6 sets of):
Station 1: 50 Double Unders
Station 2: 8-10 Double Kettlebell Hang Clean and Jerks (53/35lbs)
Station 3: 2-3 Rope Climbs OR 50-75 Foot Handstand Walk OR 3-5 Wall Walks
