Invictus Programming Tracks: Choose Your Path to Greatness

Our programming is as diverse as our community. Here’s a rundown of the tracks we’re offering, each tailored to meet your members’ unique fitness goals.

Performance Track: Full Effort & Full Victory (6 days/week)

This is the bread and butter of CrossFit training! Expect a mix of strength and metcon sessions, with Olympic weightlifting, gymnastic progressions, and strength cycles. Full Effort is for those who love to RX, while Full Victory offers customizations. Get ready to sweat, grind, and achieve full victory!

Fitness Track (6 days/week)

Want your members to feel great and look even better? This track is designed for overall health and longevity. They’ll see changes in body composition, increased lean muscle mass, and improved conditioning. We mix in unilateral exercises, tempo training, mobility supersets, and upper/lower splits to keep them progressing.

Muscle Track (5 days/week)

If gaining muscle is their mission, look no further. Our Muscle Track blends traditional strength training, bodybuilding, and CrossFit to pack on muscle mass. It may look easy on paper, but these sessions will challenge every fiber of their being.

Motor Track (5 days/week)

Want to build a motor that never quits? This track focuses on conditioning without barbells. Perfect for CrossFitters aiming to improve their endurance and for those training for outdoor adventures or competitive races.

Strength Track (3 days/week)
