You may have heard a coach tell you to “pinch your shoulders” when you lift the barbell off of the floor. But pushing your shoulder blades together behind you AND picking up a barbell is nearly impossible, even if we are a super mobile person. Try this instead:
Put this into practice and make sure you aren’t mashed potatoes in the catch of a snatch or clean.
