Building Fitness & Community
During your FREE 1-on-1 session, our coaches will get to know you, your goals and any previous history you have with fitness and general health. These sessions are highly individualized and can span topics from nutrition to previous injuries. Then we will help determine and create a workout plan that is personalized for you. No matter what fitness experience you have, our coaches will meet you where you’re at and make you feel at home!
Most importantly, you’ll be introduced to the Invictus culture—a family of like-minded people who are passionate, knowledgeable and want you to reach your fitness goals.
