A. 136 Reps 8 less than last time. My back was getting super sketch and I had to break up the last two rounds majorly. Last round of 8 was singles….

Same! my back was on the verge of going over from tight to seizing. Really didn’t want injury.

Rx 114. 4 deadlifts into second round of 9. Beat my pr by 2 reps. Gotten stronger, but endurance and lungs have taken a hit.

Definitely shit, I was feeling sick all the day with my stomach and barely ate, midway through the wod I felt hopeless and without fuel.
B. 5 rounds + 200 reps
2x26kg dumbbells due to unavailability of both 24kg kettlebells at the time I worked out

Time cap- 133 reps (5 of 8 DL’s on descent)
Finished it in 15’30

Decided just to carry on and finish it so i have a benchmark for the future as never done it before. Tough one!

B. Done, didn’t count as just cruised through after previous effort
