Snatch Deadlift to Mid-Thigh + Hang Snatch from Below the Knee + Snatch

Let mechanics dictate the load, but it should be heavier than last week. Focus should be on getting full extension and receiving in a low and stable position under the barbell.

Just did my standard 5 mins on the hand bike and then I did the Burgener warmup as perfect for Snatch 🏋🏼‍♀️

***Attempted 80#, but I am a hook griper and I hurt my left thumb nail, so I couldn’t use the hook grip on the left which totally through me off..couldn’t land 80# at the hang!
