* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

800m Run – 4:36
Then 10 Rounds
4 Sup strict pull ups – all UB
8 Ring Dips – UB first round then 4/4 all kipping
12 Push Ups – UB first round then 8/4
16 Air Squats – all UB
800m Run – 4:34
Took 30s rest between each round
Total time 31:50
